Working with Kelsey and Logan closely during their 8 week challenge and after has been truly life changing. To be encouraged and held accountable daily by people who are doing the work themselves is special. They get back to you quickly, are there to push and listen to you, give sound advice related to nutrition/workouts and just life. Kelsey and Logan are my first fitness coaches and MAN can I tell you how much value they have brought to my life. The last 8 weeks they have taught me so much and have provided me with the tools I have needed to get stronger and BETTER every day. This was also my first time ever tracking macros and adding that to my everyday routine has started to pay off. These two are there for you with whatever you need. I love Kelsey’s style of coaching as she understands that LIFE HAPPENS and you aren’t going to be perfect all the time. When I signed up for the 8 week challenge I wasn’t sure what to expect. I quickly learned I wasn’t on my journey alone. Along the way Kelsey and Logan provided support that was above and beyond what you’d expect from a fitness coach. They genuinely care about you and your progress which is evident in the personalized plan that they create for you. Some weeks went smoothly, other weeks there were roadblocks that Kelsey helped me navigate through. Each week providing a level of support, encouragement and tough love that was needed to continue seeing progress from week to week. I would recommend working with Kelsey and Logan to anyone from someone new to fitness to someone trying to take their fitness to the next level.

When I started my journey I thought I had a pretty good handle on my eating habits. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Kelsey walked me through tracking macros, tips on how to hit my macros and ideas for foods needed to support those numbers.

Kelsey’s got a way of supporting you where you are while pushing you to where you need to be to hit your goals. She’s available for me when I have questions or need help. I’m really glad I took the chance to train with her.

Logan is and was good shit. He really knows how to kick my ass in the gym but also just talk and add in new elements to assessments / my weekly feedback.


 He doesn't just throw new stuff at me for the sake of novelty. He will make me redo exercises I previously failed until either I realize I can push through them mentally or I build endurance and perform them as programmed. 


He has helped me become the best mental and physical version of myself and I am genuinely unsure of where I would be if I hadn’t met him.
