
Kelsey has been coaching clients for over 7 years through fitness and nutrition. She's been athlete her entire life and is no stranger to the weight room. She first started personal training when she was 20 years old and found her calling in the fitness space. Since then, Kelsey has coached over 500 men and women to success on their journeys. Her specialty is weight loss, body recomposition, and traditional style lifting.

From being a 4-sport competitor in high school, a 3-year starter playing college football, to now representing Team USA (IKMF) - Logan has been an athlete his whole life. His background in sports led to styles of training including traditional, olympic, endurance/running and kettlebell sport. With 5 years of experience, Logan specializes in functional training, weight loss, and overall mass/strength gain.
